In today a large majority of the accidents and incidents are occuring due to fact that most of employees are not given necessary training before commencement of the job, not using the safety equipment and not showing seriousness to work and being acted with nothing mentality.However the blaming of people is not solving the problems and preventing the accidents without analyzing of the company policies and safety procedures.

With the safety management system, it is aimed to investigate the events that occur in the factory with the investigation reports, to take the necessary preventive action to avoid livelihoods, to increase the near-miss reports with the attendance of all employees and prevent them from accidents, as well as to increase the quality of production through certain procedures and discipline in the working environment.

Always we are trying to find holes in our system during any accidents without blaming the people.
